A frequent question is "How do I buy a watch or jewelry that I haven't seen?" We therefore offer a no-nonsense and risk-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
OSIREC offers a 7-day examination period starting from the receipt of your watch or jewelry.
The package we send you must be picked up within two weeks (14 calendar days) following the date of the 1st delivery attempt by Federal Express or UPS. If your watch or jewelry is not picked up within these two weeks, you agree that the examination period becomes null and void. Please let us know if you cannot receive your item within a few weeks weeks after your purchase as we will gladly ship it at a time that is convenient for you.
If you find that you don't like your OSIREC watch or jewelry for any reason (weight, size, design, colors), simply return it to us in its original condition. You are required to pay for the shipping cost and insurance back to our company.
Provided that your watch is returned in its original condition with its original box, warranty and paperwork, we will quickly refund your money within 7 business days following our receipt of the watch.
If a watch, leather strap, clasp or buckle shows the slightest sign of being worn, you agree that we will deduct from the refund a fee equal to 10% of the total order. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise specified, a return authorization must be requested by email within seven calendar days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Authorizations are issued by email only.
OSIREC stands behind its products. Every care is taken to ensure that your watch meets high standards before it leaves the factory. All OSIREC watches are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover straps/bands, batteries, crystal glass, mineral glass, damage to the watch caused by normal wear and tear, accidents and damage that may be caused by improper use, misuse, abuse or neglect of the timepiece.

Every watch can easily be maintained in a store approved for servicing other watch brands.
Every watch can easily have its battery changed in a store or kiosk that installs watch batteries.
Packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or other carriers such as Federal Express, DHL, … All shipments require adult signatures on delivery.
Except as otherwise stated by OSIREC, items are quickly shipped and delivered within 8 business days upon receiving your order and its payment.
You will receive an email immediately upon shipping of your timepiece. This email will include a tracking number provided by the carrier.
We reserve the right not to sell and send watches to some countries.
